What's L.O.V.E. got to do with it - Sept. 2015

This is my first go at writing a blog and my purpose is to live out my passion by helping others become better leaders.  I have a belief in servant leadership; with a purpose to make those around me better than myself and doing this through L.O.V.E!  Yes, I know, I know….you’re thinking “what’s love got to do with it?!?”  Props to Tina Turner for some of the inspiration in this post; but it actually has everything to do with it, and truly caring for others, their well being, growth and development is what LEADERSHIP to me is all about.
